Mommy Moves® is a music & movement based class that is as good for you as it is for your little one! This class is a combination of dance fitness and BabyWeights® toning exercises. It is 100% baby-carrier friendly. If your baby is walking, they can exercise and play right by your side! We use props, musical instruments and games to keep little ones of all ages engaged and happy. Expect to play, move & grove!

What to bring: sneakers & water. Baby carrier recommended if you are bringing a baby who is not walking yet.

Age: 5 weeks – 5 years, older siblings welcome.

All programs are subject to change. If you require an auxiliary aid or accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days before the program date. Program is suitable for ages 5 and under. Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
