Get ready for a fun, high-energy performance with Mr. Kneel — a dynamic entertainer and educator who blends beatboxing, rhymes, and interactive games in a celebration of Mele (song and poetry)! With a powerful message of self-respect and positivity, Mr. Kneel inspires audiences of all ages through the art of Hip Hop.

Sponsored by the Friends of the Library of Hawai‘i and the 2025 Summer Reading sponsors. This is a production of the University of Hawaii at Mānoa Outreach College’s Statewide Cultural Extension Program with additional funding provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, and the University of Hawai‘i.
