Can’t Hear on the Phone?
Outreach, Education & Installation (OEI) of CapTel Captioned Telephones can provide a CapTel Captioned Telephone at no cost to the user.

Ideal for people with hearing loss, CapTel works like any other phone – plus you see captions of everything the caller says.

Susan Jung, team member of OEI, is dedicated to helping people with hearing loss stay connected. She will be at Liliha Library providing phones, installation , & instruction. *Note– it does require internet service.

Registration is required. Please call or visit us at the Reference Desk to sign up for this workshop.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
