The ‘Play With Me’ series is a 5-week parent-and-child interactive playgroup designed for infants and toddlers. Each session is an hour long, with infant-toddler specialists there to support and guide parents as they engage in activities designed for this age group.

All workshops will take place on Wednesdays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

The workshop topics are modeled after The Achievement Gap Initiative at Harvard University:

• February 13: Maximize Love, Manage Stress
• February 20: Talk, Sing, and Point
• February 27: Count, Group, and Compare
• March 6: Explore Through Movement and Play
• March 13: Read and Discuss Stories

This program is brought to families at no charge through a partnership between the Kailua-Kona Public Library and the Kona Family Literacy and Interaction Program.
