PRESCHOOLERS LOVE YOGA!

Join us for Halloween Preschool Yoga let by instructor Gina Medrano.  Listen to stories, stretch with your little one!

Gina Medrano has worked with Kauai’s young children and their families for over twenty years and she’s been practicing yoga for almost as long. She has combined these two joys and created a yoga program especially for the unique and active learning style of kids ages 3-6.

Young children are curious about everything and they are learning new things  non-stop. Yoga gives little ones a way to focus their energetic bodies and minds. Preschool yoga uses stories, songs and games to keep children thinking, moving and having so much fun. Enjoy a special time with your keiki doing yoga together. Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move in and bring a beach towel to share. This is a parent/adult aided activity.
