cartoon animals reading a book

Join us for a reading of The Doctor Says: Let’s Talk About Body Safety with Dr. Pat Morgan. Children will learn what body safety means and what to do if someone makes them feel unsafe. Dr. Morgan, a pediatrician who specializes in child abuse, uses child-friendly language and examples as a form of child sexual abuse prevention.

All children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged but not required. Program schedule is subject to change.
