In celebration of Lei Day, the Honolulu Printmakers will be holding an art exhibition in the lobby of the Hawaii State Library throughout the month of May, featuring lei designs made out of and inspired by prints, zines and posters. This exhibit is the result of a collaboration between printers and lei makers to learn more about each other’s art forms.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
Program schedule is subject to change.
