Discover the purrr-fect reads at Kapolei Public Library!  From March 10 – 29, children from babies through 12 years old can earn prizes – just by reading!  Children may earn prizes by tracking minutes spent reading.  Prizes will be awarded to children who read 5, 10, and 15 hours during this 3-week program.  Prizes may vary while supplies last.  Children may enter or claim their prizes anytime during library open hours, starting on March 10.  See staff at the Children’s Reference Desk for details.

Parents are encouraged to read to their children who can’t or need help reading.

Please note:  this Spring Reading Program is unique to Kapolei Public Library and does not utilize the online Beanstack program.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. All programs are subject to change.
