Recycle Hawaii- Worms Eat My Garbage!

January 28, 2020 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Recycle Hawaii Logo

Learn how to set up a simple home composting system that can fit in your garage or on your lanai. Home composting is one of the most effective ways households can reduce their climate impact while saving time and money. Vermicomposting brings the soil ecosystem into a small space relying on nature’s digesters – worms! Worms make great pets- they’re clean, they live in a bin, they’re quiet, and they really do smell fine.

Join Dani Burger for this information session. Dani is a Master Recycler Composter on a mission to reduce waste.

If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days prior to the program date.
