Sex Assault Awareness and Community Resources

Lorraine Davis, the Chief Operating Officer of the YWCA, will talk about the myths surrounding sexual assault and the effects a victim may encounter after the assault. She will provide information about Hawai’i Island statistics and resources for folks if someone they know has been sexually assaulted.
