An event every month that begins at 3:00 pm on day Last of the month, repeating until September 30, 2023
Join us for our very first Silent Book Club! It will be held the last Friday of every month from 3-4pm under the Library’s monkeypod tree.
Participating in the Silent Book Club is simple! Choose any book, bring it with you to the library, and read in companionable silence with other club members. 🙂 No sign-up is necessary, and refreshments will be available while supplies last.
If you are able, please bring a beach chair or blanket so that you can read in comfort. 🙂
This program is suitable for all ages, though young children under 5 must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.
3-3:15pm – People arrive, enjoy refreshments, share what they’re reading
3:15-3:45pm – Quiet reading
3:45-4:00pm – Optional socializing, or just keep reading
