Standing Rock, Two Years Later: An Update and a Retrospective

Standing Rock

In November 2016, Daniel Kanahele joined thousands of Native American Water Protectors and their allies at the prayer and resistance camps at Standing Rock, North Dakota. Two years later Daniel reflects on his Standing Rock experience and how it changed him. He also talks about what happened to the thousands of Water Protectors and the #NODAPL indigenous-led movement after the camps were forced to disband on February 26, 2017.
