STEM Program: Lego Battletrack

Power on your engineering skills with Play-Well TEKnologies and gain access to over 20,000 LEGO® parts! Students will engineer their own STEM-based LEGO projects while learning fundamentals in engineering, physics, art, design and architecture through hands on interaction and play. Design and build as never before, and create engineer-designed projects such as Motorized Walkers, Elastic Catapults, Pneumatic Cranes, Helicopters and Battletracks! An experienced instructor will challenge new and returning students to engineer at the next level with performance tests, design challenges and modifications to individual and group based projects
Program is for ages 7-13.
Space is limited and RSVP is required.  Please call the library to RSVP.  Walk-ins will not be allowed.  

This program is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Kaimuki Public Library.  Program schedule is subject to change.  Contact the library 10 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
