Sweet Dreams

A good night’s sleep matters more than most people realize. Studies have shown many links between sleep deprivation, weight gain, and other health conditions. In this workshop, you’ll learn how much sleep you need, why you need it, and how to get more (and better) sleep.

Intended well-being goals:

  • Learn the importance of sleep for well-being.
  • Learn new strategies to encourage a better sleep.

This program is sponsored by HMSA and is suitable for adults. Program is schedule to change.  Please contact the library at least 10 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
