This year marks the 250th anniversary of the United States of America.  In observance of this historic year, the public is invited to learn more about the history of the U.S. Constitution and it’s significance for today.  Attendees will also have the opportunity to say the Pledge of Allegiance, sing the Star-Spangled Banner and read aloud the Bill of Rights (First ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution).

This program is suitable for all ages. Young children need to be accompanied by an adult, preferably a parent or legal guardian. Space in the meeting room is limited. You may reserve a spot by either calling 808-733-8422 or signing up in person at the Adult Reference Desk.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible.
