Stop in the children’s room and get a card craft making kit. Stay and create your Valentine’s or take home to construct your cards.

Limit one bag per child, while supplies last. Child must be present to receive kit.

This program is free and suitable for all ages. Sponsored by the Friends of the Hilo Public Library.
