***SPRING BREAK PROGRAM***

We are excited to have special guest Mama T Gonsalves, Executive Chef of ‘Umeke Market in Honolulu, share her passion about teaching food as medicine. She will demonstrate a vegan recipe while highlighting the connections between the land, water, food we grow and eat, and our health. Mama T makes it a priority to source local, organic produce to further enforce the importance of sustainable nourishment. Please join us and consider adding at least one vegan recipe into your meal rotation.
