The Hawaii Positive Engagement Project is coming for 2 weekly back-to-back workshops designed to help parents spark engagement and meaningful talk story with your keiki. September 7th you and your keiki will learn to weave ornaments out of Lau Niu and take photos of the experience. September 14th will give you the opportunity to talk about the experience with your keiki and co-create a book about the workshops while giving tips on positive parent engagement.

No registration required, open to public for caretakers and their children. Recommended for ages 3 and up.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible.
