Whales @ Your Library!

June 19, 2019 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

inflatble whale and oversized map of the pacific

Our favorite whale has returned to Kauaʻi for the Universe of Stories Summer Reading Program!

Visit our life-size inflatable whale and learn all about whale song, migration and more! Then head over to Ranger Christa and friends and explore our huge map of the Pacific!

The whale will be stopping by Līhuʻe and Princeville Public Libraries.

Program content is designed for keiki aged 3 & up. All keiki must be accompanied by an adult caregiver.

This program is made possible by the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, the Kīlauea Point National Wildlife Refuge, the Department of the Interior’s U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Surfrider and the Friends of the North Shore Library at Princeville.

If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days prior to the program date. We will make every attempt to fulfill all requests for accommodations. All programs are subject to change. For a list of upcoming library events, visit www.librarieshawaii.org/events
