Learn Medicare basics and what to do during Medicare Open Enrollment*, which ends on December 7, 2017. A Hawaii SHIP (State Health Insurance Assistance Program) counselor will be available to answer any of your Medicare-related questions after the presentation.

*Medicare beneficiaries should evaluate their Medicare plan and prescription drug coverage annually. As our health care needs change, so must our health plan choices. Beneficiaries may even qualify for a low income subsidy to offset premiums and/or copays. Changes made during open enrollment will take effect on January 1st of the following year — Hawaii SHIP.

Program size is limited to 50. RSVP required.  Call the library by Friday, November 17, 2017 to sign up.
