Learn how music and dancing helps keep our hearts, minds, and bodies healthy with school librarian & Zumba instructor Ruby Redona. A seasoned elementary school teacher and librarian, she is the K-3 Library Media Specialist at Kamehameha Schools – Kapālama. Ruby will lead the audience in a series of Zumba songs after her presentation.
Limit is 24 for the Zumba dance portion, and sign-up is required. Please contact the library to sign-up.
Program is suitable for an elementary-aged audience, but all ages are welcome.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. All programs are subject to change.
