SUMMARY:60th Anniversary Kickoff with Allegro Keiki
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special edition of Storytime as we kickoff the celebration of our 60th anniversary with the fantastic string quartet\, Allegro Keiki! \nAllegro Keiki creates live instrumental musical experiences tailored for the youngest audiences and their caregivers. Driven by a passion for making instrumental and classical music both accessible and fun\, Allegro Keiki offers interactive programs that spark joy and curiosity in little listeners. By blending both familiar and new songs with expressive movement\, these events provide an inspiring and unforgettable introduction to instrumental music for children and their families. Performed by members of O‘ahu’s Kai String Quartet—professional musicians who are also parents themselves. Members of the Kai Quartet are frequent performers with the Hawai‘i Symphony Orchestra and other local arts and education organizations. Allegro Keiki believes that musical seeds planted early support a deep bond for keiki and ‘ohana that boost keiki‘s emotional\, social and cognitive development.
