Our newest program is connecting pen pals from 11 to 16 years old from Hawaii State Public Library System (Oahu)\, to Pierce County Library System located in Washington State. The letters are handwritten instead of typed out and dropped off or picked up at Waipahu Public Library (one letter per month).  \n Please pick up your welcome kits with our Children’s librarian at the Reference desk.
