DESCRIPTION:Have you ever wanted to fight dragons or defeat a troll? See your self as a sly rogue or intelligent cleric? Join us and learn how to play Dungeons & Dragons! The Aloha Adventurer’s Guild will guide you on this epic quest. \n\nNo experience? No problem! Aloha Adventurer’s Guild has all the tools you need.\nReceive pre-generated character sheets and begin playing and learning almost immediately! If you’ve made a character before\, bring your character sheets! (Levels 1-3 preferred)\nDevelop communication\, teamwork\, and creative skills with minimal stress in a judgement free zone! We’ll show you what to do to get the most out of your gameplay.\nMeet new friends and find people to play with that are as interested in the game as you are!\n\nOur session will cater to teens and children\, although adventurers of all ages are welcome. For participants aged 6 to 12\, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian accompany them. Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your experience. \nThis event is generously funded by the Friends of the Nanakuli Public Library and is made possible through volunteers of the Aloha Adventurer’s Guild. \nAnyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication\, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program\, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged\, but not required. Program schedule is subject to change.
