SUMMARY:Allegro Keiki Performance
DESCRIPTION:Join us Saturday\, January 11th for a fun and musical time at Waikīkī-Kapahulu Library! Catering to younger children and families in particular\, Allegro Keiki is an experience created and shared by members of the Oʻahu Kai String Quartet. Performing songs both popular children’s songs\, and pieces by well-known composers like Beethoven or Mozart\, Allegro Keiki has music the whole family can enjoy. Toys will be provided. \n  \nThese instrumentalists have been frequent performers with the Hawai’i Symphony Orchestra\, and other local organizations focusing on education and local arts. Driven by a passion for making instrumental and classical music both accessible and fun\, Allegro Keiki offers interactive programs that spark joy and curiosity in little listeners. By blending both familiar and new songs with expressive movement\, these events provide an inspiring and unforgettable introduction to instrumental music for children and their families. \nFor more information on Allegro Keiki\, including clips of past performances\, visit their Instagram page at: @allegrokeiki \n  \nAnyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication\, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program\, service\, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged\, but not required. All programs are subject to change. See a schedule of upcoming events on the HSPLS Events Calendar.
