Hawaii State Legislature

Hawaii State Legislature

The Legislative Session runs annually from January to May. To support our communities, the Hawaii State Public Library System will have resources to participate in the legislative process. Learn more about how to get involved or watch hearings now.

In state observance of the King Kamehameha Day holiday, most public libraries will be closed on Monday, June 12, 2023. Oahu libraries that are normally open on Sundays will obverse the holiday on Sunday, June 11 and be open on June 12.
