Learn how to avoid falling and how to protect yourself if you do fall. The instructors from the Waianae Coast Aikido and Movement Center will be at the Waianae Public Library teaching those preventative skills that help keep kupuna safe.

Join us for a 5-week writing circle, using simple guided writing prompts, this small supportive group will meet weekly for reflection, expression, and connection. Not a writing workshop but a place to get to know yourself through writing.

Please try to arrive a few minutes early the first day, to get settled and check-in.  The group will be led by Christy Werner. Bring your favorite writing tools. No need to register, limited to ages 18+. If you can only make a few sessions, that is okay.
