Holiday Schedules

All public libraries and support offices will be closed in observance of the upcoming state holidays:

General Election Day – Tuesday, November 5

Veterans Day – Monday, November 11
Libraries that are normally closed on Mondays will be closed to observe the holiday on Saturday, November 9.

Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 28

Christmas Day – Wednesday, December 25

New Year’s Day – Wednesday, January 1, 2025

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – Monday, January 20, 2025
Libraries that are normally closed on Mondays will be closed to observe the holiday on Tuesday, January 21.

Presidents’ Day – Saturday through Monday, February 15 to 17, 2025

Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole Day – Wednesday, March 26, 2025

Good Friday – Friday, April 18, 2025
Libraries that are normally open on Sundays will also be closed to observe Easter Sunday, April 20th.

Memorial Day – Saturday through Monday, May 24 to 26, 2025

King Kamehameha Day – Wednesday, June 11, 2025
