Impacts of Climate Change: Fourth National Climate Assessment

Climate change imageYou may have seen on the news or read about the United States Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) that was recently released by the Fourth National Climate Assessment, which studied climate change impacts and risks and adaptations in our country. Among the key findings: “Human health and safety, our quality of life, and the rate of economic growth in communities across the United States are increasingly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.”

ALERT | In holiday observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, all public libraries will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026.
