How do I get counted?

  1. Respond online: my2020census.gov
  2. Respond by phone: 844-330-2020
  3. Mail the paper census forms you received in mid-April
  4. Respond in person if a census taker visits your residence

Note: P.O. boxes will not receive paper census packets. Respond online, by phone, in person or with a census taker.

FYI:

  • Everyone counts—make sure to count newborn babies and young children.
  • Your answers are confidential. By law, your responses can only be used to create statistics.
  • The questionnaire should take you about 10 minutes to complete.

ALERT | In holiday observance of Christmas, all public libraries will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
