Mahalo! For support your public libraries bannerThanksgiving allows us to pause and reflect on our blessings: family, friends, good health, fulfilling work, and activities that bring us joy.

This year, our library staff are thankful for:

  • Our patrons who give our work meaning. We’re especially grateful that more than 13,500 of you responded to our survey so we can better meet your needs.
  • The Friends of the Library of Hawaiʻi and the many volunteers who support our efforts in communities across the state.
  • Community partners, including elected officials, who help us inspire curiosity and create opportunities for all to read, learn and connect.

Mahalo!
