You asked, and we listened! Waiting until the last minute to find out if your book can be renewed is frustrating. Beginning May 5, you’ll be notified about the renewal status of your item 48 hours in advance of its due date. Look for an email with “Courtesy Notice: Review Possible New Due Dates” in the subject line. You’ll need to read the email to see if your item has been automatically renewed.
If an item is NOT on hold for someone else, it will automatically be renewed up to two times. Please be sure to review your account online or via the mobile app to check due dates.
