About

Welcome to the Kōloa Public and School Library! Our library was designed by Wilson Okamoto and Associates and opened in June 1976. Our 10,400 sq. ft. library serves students of Koloa Elementary  and communities of Kōloa, Poʻipū, Kukui‘ula, ʻŌmaʻo, Lāwaʻi and Kalāheo.

Journey Workshop: Kauai with Family Hui Hawaii

Storytime Alligator

Join us Tuesday mornings for playtime (10:00am – 10:30am) followed by a storytime program Tuesday Tunes and Tales (10:30am – 11:00am). Recommended for little ones ages 2-5, but all ages are welcome.  Keiki must be accompanied by their caregivers.

Please Note: No Storytime on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

Legos

Join us for Legos in the Library!  Complete a lego challenge or work independently.  Come build, create and imagine!

All legos will be on display in the library after the program.  This opportunity is for keiki ages 5 and up.
