Silent Disco

This summer we are celebrating mele in our public libraries!

Get ready to dance the night away with your friends in a unique and fun way. Featuring the sounds of DJ Hapa BoyDJ Tittahbyte, and KTUH’s DJ Maverick and DJ Rhombus, put on your headphones, tune in to the music, and groove to the beats in the stacks. This free in-person event promises to be a night to remember, so don’t miss out! Join us at the Mānoa Public Library for a silent dance party like no other. Keeping it quiet. . . but making it epic.

To participate you will need to provide a State ID that we will hold in exchange for your headset rental. Your ID will be returned once you return the headset. There is no time committment, join us and dance for 15 minutes or the full 2 hours. Once a headset is turned in, another patron will be able to borrow it.

REGISTRATION IS RECOMMENDEDregister on EventBrite.

See the event’s Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for more information on what a silent disco is and how it works.

This event is part of the Summer Reading Challenge’s Concert Series and is brought to you by the Friends of the Library of Hawaiʻi.
