Welcome to the Mililani Public Library! Located on the red plains of Central Oʻahu, our library opened on Oct. 27, 1984 on land donated by Mililani Town, Inc. Our library has a quiet room for study and reference work. Our library’s three most attractive features are the murals designed by the late international master artist Hon-Chew Hee: two are carved in red Indian granite and depict The Golden Days of Hawaii, and the largest mural – The Poi Bowl – is carved in green Taiwanese marble.

Join us for the monthly gathering of our book club! On Monday, January 5th we’ll be meeting from 5:30pm-6:30pm to discuss the novel The Ministry of Time by Kaliane Bradley.
This book was named Best Science Fiction Novel of the Year by Goodreads for 2024 and by Libby for 2025. It was also shortlisted for Amazon’s Best Fiction Book of the Year for 2024.
The Mililani Public Library Book Club meets on the first Monday of every month from 5:30pm-6:30pm in the library’s Program Room.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. Program schedule is subject to change.
