If you’re a great Lego Builder, or a first timer, this is the place for you!  Children will have the opportunity to get creative following the selected theme or build anything they choose.  They can either work on their own creations, or build as a team.  Legos will be provided by the library.  No sign-up is needed.  Program is suitable for all ages.  Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.  Children are advised to leave their personal Legos at home.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged but not required. Program schedule is subject to change

Thursday evenings from 3:00pm-5:30pm, we welcome you to game night! It’s a great way to test your mind in scrabble, or battle your friends in battleship. Assess your skills in checkers, and chess.   Build sentences with our Big Box of Sentence Building.  Play a game of Monopoly with a few friends. What about a classic mystery game of Clue.  Whatever you would like, please join us.

Mufasa: The Lion King” enlists Rafiki to relay the legend of Mufasa to young lion cub Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, with Timon and Pumbaa lending their signature schtick. Told in flashbacks, the story introduces Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he meets a sympathetic lion named Taka—the heir to a royal bloodline. The chance meeting sets in motion an expansive journey of an extraordinary group of misfits searching for their destiny—their bonds will be tested as they work together to evade a threatening and deadly foe.
