Breathing and Movement for Stress: Yoga Therapy

Our breath is with us from the beginning to the end of life, yet how many of them are we conscious of? In this 90-minute session, certified yoga therapist Katy Benjamin will share evidence-based breathing techniques to help reduce the effects of trauma and stress, while creating a firm foundation of coping tools for self-regulation.
