In 1969 New York, the four Gold siblings visit a psychic who is rumored to be able to tell anyone the day that they’ll die. As they grow up, this closely guarded information shapes the course of their lives in various ways. The Immortalists is a fascinating consideration of why we make the choices we do, and whether destiny truly exists.

All books are chosen by members of the group. Copies of each month’s read are available at the circulation desk of Honokaa Library.
