Attend the building planning meetings to construct a playhouse in the Keaau Library’s Humanities/Meeting Room. Learn how to plan, and build a playhouse out of rolled newspaper dowels that the group can enjoy throughout the summer. Instructions will be given on how to roll the newspaper to create the strongest dowels as well as the basics of constructing a playhouse large enough to be used by a group. This project is suitable for all ages. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver. For more information, call the library at 982-4281.
