Join us as we celebrate the Year of the Pig.  Kozmo Mimzi Animation Theater will be facilitating Chinese New Year themed crafts, music, and a parade. This program is free and all materials are provided, courtesy of the Friends of the Hilo Public Library.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.
