Erin Henschel, Esq. and Genevieve Castaneda McKenna of Lehua Law will provide general information on the divorce court process. In the second divorce clinic, volunteers will assist you in filling out your own divorce papers using the completed documents from Part 1. Divorce packets can be picked up from the Kona Family Court House at 77-6399 Nalani Street in Kailua-Kona. Bring your library card to use free wi-fi and library computers, or your own laptop, post-it notes, a black or blue ink pen, small change if you need to make copies, and a flash drive to save your documents.  This is not a solicitation or advertisement for services and will not constitute legal advice, this is intended for people wishing to represent themselves in their own divorce case in Hawaii.
