Expanding Protections for Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument

Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument is the single largest, fully protected conservation area on Earth. Papahānaumokuākea is a habitat for monk seals, sea turtles, over 14 million seabirds, and more. Come and learn about this remote part of Hawaii, as well as Native Hawaiian cultural reconnection with these islands, from NOAA Education Coordinator and Honokaa resident Andy Collins.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, and activity should contact library staff as soon as possible.
