Unique in the world of philosophy is the liberating insights of the historical Buddha. We will explore his ideas and practice which leads to a life of meaning and genuine inner peace.

Whether you’re a curious beginner or seeking to deepen your spiritual insights, this class offers a transformative journey into timeless wisdom and compassion.

All are welcome to join this enlightening experience.

Speaker Adam Moes holds a Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a Licensed Acupuncturist for over 20 years. He’s also 40 years practicing in the Buddhist tradition (you think he’d be less irrahz by now) and is a father, homesteader, and gardener in the beautiful Āina of K’au.

Suitable for ages 12 and up.
