Financial Wellness/Homebuyer Education Workshop PART 1

This event is part 1 of a 2 part series.  You must attend Part 1 and 2 to receive your certificate of completion

Attend the Financial Wellness/Homebuyer Education Workshop conducted by the Nānākuli Housing Corporation (NHC), a 501(c)3 and certified HUD counseling agency.  In the workshop you will learn how to:

  • understand your credit score
  • prepare to purchase a home
  • get prequalified for a loan
  • find out what loans are right for your ʻohana
  • maintain and keep your home

Also qualify to participate in NHC’s IDA saving program were NHC will give you $1 for every 1$ saved for up to $1,000.

Workshops are FREE and include workbooks and 1 on 1 counseling. Seating is limited please sign-up at the reference desk or by calling 808-668-5844. This event is sponsored by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and NHC. To learn more about NHC please visit www. baseyard.com
