An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Saturday, repeating until April 28, 2018
This type of yoga is based on the teachings of yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar.
Students begin by learning the art and science of asanas, or yoga postures. The method is progressive and the postures are adjusted to meet the needs of each student.

The consistent practice of asana and pranayama (the art of yogic breathing) enhances physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness.
Students experience meditation in action, a state of being focused and absorbed in the moment.
Iyengar yoga is for all ages and abilities. You do not need to be physically fit to participate or to receive the benefits of practicing yoga.
Join us, as Debra Lau, a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, leads the class on the following dates:
Saturday, April 14, 1:00-2:00pm
Saturday, April 21, 1:00-2:00pm
Saturday, April 28, 1:00-2:00pm
There will be a limit of 10 Adults for the class. Registration is required.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch your body are the only prerequisite.
