Join us on Leap Day to celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday.

We will have Dr. Seuss themed crafts, games, goodies, and prizes.  At 1pm we will sing happy birthday and enjoy a special birthday cake!

This program is free and suitable for all ages. Sponsored by the Friends of the Hilo Public Library.
