Happy Chinese New Year! This year of the dog, come to Kealakekua Public Library and make your very own lantern! Use crazy cut scissors and decorate to your heart’s content!

This one-hour program is suitable for ages ­­6 and up and is limited to the first 12 patrons. Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver. All materials will be provided.
