We’ve heard of them — diets with names like “Paleo” and “ketogenic.” Are they legitimate or simply fads better described with words such as “misunderstood” and “misstep?” What does the human body really crave? How can we begin to separate those cravings for the nutrients that sustain us from the appetites that consume us? We’ll try to give some insight to these questions and more in our upcoming Health Education workshop from HMSA.
