Do you love dogs? Therapy dogs visit Salt Lake-Moanalua every 1st Wednesday and 3rd Saturday of the month.  All dogs participating in this program are specially trained and can help patrons practice reading aloud without judgment.

All Ages Welcome! If you want a comfortable setting to practice your reading fluency or reduce stress, this is the event for you. Bring your favorite book or choose from the many available titles on hand.

Sign up at the Info Desk or call (808) 831-6831. Sessions with a therapy dog are 10 minutes long. Walk-ins welcome as space permits.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. Program schedule is subject to change.
