Shark Night

Want to learn more about sharks in Hawaii? Join us for a special presentation by Mark Royer, member of the Shark Research Team from the Hawai’i Institute of Marine Biology. Come find out about these magnificent creatures that share our home, hear about some of the latest research, check out some shark artifacts and then make a shark craft to take home.

This program is suitable for ages 5 and older. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

Program is funded by the Friends of the Library of Hawai’i, the Rotary Club of Windward O’ahu, and the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.

Program schedule is subject to change. Contact the library 10 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
